    • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
    • Complete tasks assigned by the Site Manager accurately and efficiently.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Must have leadership skills to include recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching and mentoring skills while training new managers/drivers & retrain season managers/drivers.
    • Must have good communication & willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Working knowledge of domestic carrier services, rules, and regulations
    • Understanding and prevention of critical safety issues
    • Detailed oriented, organized and the ability to multi-task.
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-Plan and Geotab)
    • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a transportation/warehouse environment.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 or more years of experience with transportation/warehouse software
    • Proficient at Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
    • Ability to prioritize and work through challenges independently.
    • CDL preferred.

    Administrative Manager - Night Shift

    Job Description:
    • Oversee and manage the administrative support functions of the Yard Operations team during the night shift, including data entry, email communications, and scheduling coordination.
    • Maintain constant communication with the Yard Manager, Shuttle Division, Site Manager, and customers to ensure timely response to emails and updates to the Yard Management System.
    • Assist in managing yard operations by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with team members, and ensuring accurate updates to move data in the Yard Management System.
    • Utilize basic Excel knowledge to organize and analyze data related to yard operations, providing insights and reports to senior management.
    • Learn and familiarize oneself with Yard Management systems to effectively oversee administrative duties.
    • Collaborate with the Yard Shift Manager and Shuttle Division to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate occasional changes and meet the demands of the role, including working 50-60 hours per week (Sunday - Thursday) with occasional schedule changes.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative support team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
