    Summary
    The Claims and Compliance Manager oversees all lines of Auto Liability, General Liability, Property, Cargo, and Environmental, with the goal of reducing claim costs and duration. The Corporate Claims Manager works in partnership with senior management, the field, Health & Safety, and Legal, as well as with Lazer Spot's external service providers.

    Job Description:
    • Oversee the management of Auto Liability, General Liability, Property, Cargo Loss and Environmental claims in US within your assigned regions.
    • Act as the field's primary point of contact for all claim matters.
    • Investigate claim validity by utilizing field contacts, gathering evidence such as witness statements, dash cam and other resources.
    • Evaluate claims and collaborate with internal and external partners on strategies to minimize costs and expedite resolution.
    • Review, negotiate and process vendor repair invoices.
    • Review Third Party Administrator (TPA) notes and documentation to maintain internal Lazer claim file.
    • Provide regular updates to management and the field on high dollar, high profile claims.
    • Assist with monthly open claim reviews for assigned regions.
    • Act as liaison and point of contact between the field and claims handled by TPA to foster timely claim closures.
    • Manage subrogation efforts for assigned regions.
    • Assist department with insurance renewal with the distribution of cab cards and certificates of insurance when requested.
    • Participate in manager training focused on accident reporting and information gathering.
    • Team player to assist with projects as they may arise within the department.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
    • Minimum of 3 years in multi-line claims management in a corporate, broker, insurance or TPA environment
    • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to balance technical claim issues and business concerns when recommending a course of action.
    • Expert knowledge of entire claims management process, including established and emerging cost containment solutions.
    • Adept at managing multiple competing projects under deadlines in an evolving, fast paced, environment.
    • Working knowledge and experience with mediation and arbitration
    • Able to adapt communication style and skills depending on situational dynamics.
    • Knowledge of captive insurance company concepts and operation.
    • Advanced PC skills including MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google applications.
    • Strong ethical and integrity code.
    • Ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced/dynamic team environment.

    Regional Fleet Manager(North Region)

    Summary:
    The Regional Manager provides the Regional Director critical support in achieving these objectives. The ideal candidate will have mid-level logistics leadership experience, with senior-level capability, possessing strong analytical and manager development skills.

    Job Description:
    • Active development of initiatives and execution of those plans to drive fleet cost efficiencies within assigned area.
    • Active communication with managers in assigned area driving execution on all Fleet initiatives.
    • Assist Site, Area and Region Manager with managing outside network of shops within our network with the goal of optimizing the truck maintenance costs and minimizing truck downtime.
