    Summary:
    Intermodal Drayage Dispatchers ensure the efficient movement of drivers, coordinating them to various locations to keep our customers running without interruptions. They manage trailer moves, driver schedules, and collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Area Manager daily. Dispatchers also work with customers and other third parties to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service possible.

    Job Description:
    • Apply your knowledge of transportation logistics to daily operations.
    • Verify records on incoming shipments and log shipments into the computer system.
    • Prepare necessary documentation and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
    • Record shipment data and compare shipment contents to manifests, invoices, or order forms.
    • Report discrepancies to the accounting department.
    • Inspect trailer temperatures and record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers.
    • Dispatch moves to drivers and ensure efficient coordination.
    • Examine products to verify conformance to specifications.
    • Accurately maintain records and strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Manage trailer moves, driver schedules, and collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Area Manager.
    • Work with customers and third parties to provide efficient and cost-effective service.
    • Proficiently use Yard Management Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
    • Maintain high driver productivity and low idle time through effective time management.
    • Utilize 2-way radio, phone, messenger, and email for communication.
    • Serve as the primary contact for customer move requests and issues.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

    Sr Software Engineer l

    Summary:
    This position be responsible for contributing to the creation of innovative solutions to complex business problems within Lazer Tech. The Senior Software Engineer I will work on products delivered to various internal and external clients. Primary responsibilities include the development of technical and process solutions for both front-end and back-end. Because of the close interaction with business customers and supporting IT teams, the Senior Software Engineer I will require an understanding of requirements analysis, technical design, engineer high quality software stack, and testing support.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop specified front-end and/or back-end application components or enhancements as needed to help enable business growth and improve customer satisfaction
