- Process and monitor employee (driver and non driver) documentary requirements for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry.
- Monitor, review, research and respond to inquiries from employees across all levels via email or phone.
- Process and review all HR related interfaces
- Timely review and assess application qualification to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met for hiring, ex. Background and credential review
- Maintain close relationships with area managers, operations managers, and general managers; assist them with HR related inquiries
- Process new hires, employee changes, leaves of absence, and terminations according to federal and/or state law
- Produce monitoring reports, and special ad hoc reports
- Partner with other departments (i.e. Payroll, Legal, Operations) to maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and ensure high level of customer experience and satisfaction.
