We annually benchmark our salary data to allow us to offer competitive pay and that’s just the beginning. With Lazer, you consistently have the possibility to enhance your earnings. We pay bonuses for driver referrals, match 4% on your 401K, and offer overtime at most sites. Your Lazer compensation will include the following:
