    Lazer Logistics is searching for an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, sales enablement, and demand generation in the dynamic logistics industry. This individual contributor role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with expertise in cross-functional marketing programs, content development, and campaign performance analytics.     Job Description:
    • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities, customer journey stages, and key verticals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks that support company positioning.
    • Sales Enablement & Content Development: Create and manage enablement materials such as product collateral, case studies, battle cards, fact sheets, and custom sales tools. Maintain content hubs on platforms like Showpad and ensure materials are current, on-brand, and aligned with business goals. Train frontline teams on optimal use of marketing assets and messaging.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and print) using HubSpot or similar tools. Execute lead generation programs that support pipeline development, align with ICP, and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate event support, including promotion, logistics, scheduling, and lead follow-up.

    Regional Fleet Manager - West

    Summary
    The Regional Fleet Manager is a member of the Fleet management team. This role will be accountable for overseeing management of maintenance and repair of Lazer equipment and assets within assigned area of region of responsibility. This role reviews, assesses and authorizes maintenance and repair requests and expenses. This role will be responsible for compliance and spending, assigning resources, and customer satisfaction.

    Job Description:
    • Establish, optimize and/or mobilize available resources needed to minimize the time assets are out of service, maximize asset life and reduce rental/incremental expenses.
    • Active development and execution of initiatives, processes/procedures and/or programs to drive fleet cost efficiencies.
    • Promote a business partner and ownership mindset to the team to prioritize customer service excellence, adoption and resilience to change and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and communicate functional goals, opportunities and/or challenges with recommended solutions and strategy.
