    Summary:
    Lazer Tech is searching for an Account Executive who will play a critical role in developing leads, managing opportunities, and establishing a strong sales foundation for our suite of yard management technologies, primarily our SaaS-based NexusYMS yard management services offering. This individual will leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools for executing on our sales strategy. They will collaborate with our sales colleagues on the transportation services side to showcase how NexusYMS and our suite of solutions solve yard management challenges. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starting sales professional with the ability to scale a sales function and translate technical solutions into real-world impacts.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our technologies to prospective clients, articulating the value and impact of our solutions.
    • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads, strategically guiding them through the sales funnel.
    • Pipeline & Workflow Management: Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools to track opportunities, streamline workflows, and enhance sales forecasting accuracy.
    • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning Lazer Tech as a strategic partner.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and transportation sales teams to refine messaging, provide customer insights, and drive product-market fit.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive or similar sales function/role for SaaS-based technology providers, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or yard/warehouse management technology.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Hub, HubSpot, and/or other sales enablement tools.
    • Proven success in consultative sales, with a history of building and managing a strong book of business.
    • Experience in selling SaaS-based yard management technologies (e.g., YMS, TMS, etc.) a plus.
    • Demonstrable knowledge of the fundamentals of the Supply Chain industry, including familiarity with warehousing, distribution, retail (including e-commerce), and manufacturing trends is preferred.

    Summary:
    The Region Fleet Services Administrator role has been introduced to provide pivotal operational-administrative support to Region Fleet Managers (RFMs).     Fleet Performance:
    • Utilize telematics systems, fleet management software, and other technologies to monitor and optimize fleet performance.
    • Monitor severe fault codes using TripVision and communicate with the RFM's and Operations team to find quality and timely resolution.
    Rental Cost Management:
    • Support RFMs and Operations teams in minimizing rental costs within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
    Recalls and Campaigns:
    • Assist in managing product recalls and campaigns for the fleet, ensuring timely compliance and necessary actions are taken.
    • Purchase Order (PO) Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to the new purchase order process by site and operations managers within the AOR.
    • Assist with ordering parts from our primary suppliers and provide shipping instructions from our site managers.
    Cost Efficiency Managment:
    • Identify high-cost and high-hour equipment for replacement or refurbishment, contributing to overall cost-efficiency measures.
    Fleet Maintenance Software:
    • Help implement, manage, and train FleetRock software.
    Warranty Recovery:
    • Assist the Warranty Director, and RFM in capturing warranty. Identify Warranty with the FMS and work with Vendors to ensure warranty dollars are captured.
    Equipment Moves:
    • Assist in all aspects of equipment moves. Complete Change Orders, and work with the RFM and Ops, coordinating equipment moves.

    Summary

    The People Operations/ HR Administrator is responsible for processing employee data, status and documents in a fast-paced environment. This role will require a strong organizational, communication, data processing and basic understanding of Federal and State regulations, as well as company payroll policies and procedures.

    • Process and monitor employee (driver and non driver) documentary requirements for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry.
