Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
The person will be responsible for inspecting trailers when they arrive at the gate, going by an inspection sheet that is provided by International Paper. If the trailer is empty, they will be required to move a ladder with wheels to the back of the trailer to inspect the inside of the trailer. There is computer work involved and will need to be familiar with using a computer.

- Apply your knowledge of transportation
- Verify records on incoming shipments
- Log shipments into computer
- Document preparation
- Trouble shoot and correct problems
- Record shipment data
- Compare shipment contents to manifest, invoice, or order forms
- Report any discrepancies to accounting
- Physically able to bend, squat, walk up and down ladder
- Inspect trailer temperatures
- Record tractor, trailer, and seal numbers
- Dispatch moves to drivers
- Examine product and work to verify conformance specifications
- Accurately maintain records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
