    Region Fleet Services Specialist

    Summary:
    The Region Fleet Services Administrator role has been introduced to provide pivotal operational-administrative support to Region Fleet Managers (RFMs). The aim is to alleviate RFMs from extensive administrative duties, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives such as site visits, vendor collaborations, customer engagement, asset audits, and driving substantial cost reductions. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating annual cost savings within the first year by enhancing PM quality, providing guidance to Site Managers, optimizing fleet operations at the site level, negotiating with local vendors, and improving parts cost management.

    Job Description:
    Administrative Support:
    • Assume a substantial portion of the administrative tasks currently managed by RFMs.
    Tire Management:
    • Review and approve Bridgestone USA tire estimates on a daily basis.
    Repair Estimates:
    • Review and approve repair estimates received from Operations teams and fleet vendors.
    Data Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to generate actionable data analysis supporting cost efficiency initiatives.
    Optimization:
    • Work cross-departmentally to assist in optimizing fleet operations at the site level.
    Fleet Performance:
    • Utilize telematics systems, fleet management software, and other technologies to monitor and optimize fleet performance.
    • Monitor severe fault codes using TripVision and communicate with the RFM's and Operations team to find quality and timely resolution.
    Rental Cost Management:
    • Support RFMs and Operations teams in minimizing rental costs within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
    Recalls and Campaigns:
    • Assist in managing product recalls and campaigns for the fleet, ensuring timely compliance and necessary actions are taken.
    Purchase Order (PO) Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to the new purchase order process by site and operations managers within the AOR.
    • Assist with ordering parts from our primary suppliers and provide shipping instructions from our site managers.
    Cost Efficiency Management:
    • Identify high-cost and high-hour equipment for replacement or refurbishment, contributing to overall cost-efficiency measures.
    Fleet Maintenance Software:
    • Help implement, manage, and train FleetRock software.
    Warranty Recovery:
    • Assist the Warranty Director, and RFM in capturing warranty. Identify Warranty within the FMS and work with Vendors to ensure warranty dollars are captured.
    Equipment Moves:
    • Assist in all aspects of equipment moves. Complete Change Orders, and work with the RFM and Ops, coordinating equipment moves.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with telematics systems, fleet management software, and related technologies.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.

    Area Manager

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for acting as the Site Manager for multiple customer sites that are 24/7 within a given geographic area in the assigned region.

    Job Description:
    • Provide feedback to the Regional Manager.
    • The Area Manager is expected to drive when absences or staffing shortages occur.
    • Ensure employees are held accountable for their safety standards and resolve maintenance issues.
    • Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels.
    • Attend customer meetings and build relationships with that customer.
    • Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external customers.
    • Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service.
    • Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors. Must have strong leadership and management skills to include recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching and mentoring skills while training new managers/drivers & retrain season managers/drivers.
    • Must have good communication & willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Understanding and prevention of critical safety issues.
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-Plan and Geotab).
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Related field with 3+ years' previous business experience, ideally in supply chain, transportation, or related field with 1-2 years supervisory experience with increasing levels of responsibility. BA/BS in logistics preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detailed oriented, organized and the ability to multi-task.
    • Working knowledge of domestic carrier services, rules, and regulations.
    • Willingness to devote hour's necessary to complete task at hand. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Valid CDL A License
