    Summary

    The People Operations Supervisor is the main contact for the assigned VP of Operations, Regional Management Team and other corporate functions regarding federal, state and DOT compliance, core HR processes and audits in a rapid paced environment. This role will require a strong organizational, communication, data processing, project management, and understanding of Federal and State regulations.
    The People Operations Supervisor is a member of the People Operations team and have opportunity for advancement within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Benefits, and could move to other areas of the organization.

    Core Job Description and Responsibilities

    • Lead DOT compliance, audits, and reporting of documentary requirements for handled regions/areas
    • Supervise HR representatives within their assigned area
    • Coordinate with the assigned HR representative to resolve/address any issue related to discipline and performance, employee relations & experience
    • Establish and monitor training activities for team members and/or managers
    • Review and process site/area wage adjustments as approved by the Compensation Steering Committee or VP as part of the annual review process.
    • Monitor and follow SAP/Follow up testing plan
    • Generate and validate reports from various systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Process and review all HR related interfaces.
    • Timely review and assess application qualification to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met for hiring.
    • Process and/or provides guidance on employee inquiries in accordance with applicable federal and/or state law.
    • Partner with other departments (i.e., Payroll, Legal, Operations) to maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and ensure high level of customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automating manual processes where possible.
    • Ensure compliance w/ company policies and procedures

    Skills and Experience

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Management is preferred but not required. A minimum of 5 years HR/People Operations experience will be considered in lieu of Degree.
    • HRIS is a must.Proficiency inADP, E-Verify, and Tenstreet and report generation experience is a must.
    • Experience in DOT compliance for hiring/qualifying CDL/Non CDL drivers or similar, is a must
    • Strong analytical skills using MS Office products including Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint.
    • Experience with System Implementation or technology and/or project management is a plus.
    • Detail oriented, be a self-starter with a positive and "can-do" attitude and ability to train and be a team leader and player.
    • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with all levels within the company
    • Extremely resourceful and have a great understanding of the systems used to maximize utilization and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Ability to quickly adapt to change and maintain a optimism and resilience in times of adversity or when faced w/ challenges

    Procurement Director

    Summary:
    The Procurement Director is a senior leadership role that is responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy for the company. This individual will oversee the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of equipment, goods, and services across both direct and indirect categories.     Summary:

    The Financial Reporting Manager position reports to the VP, Corporate Controller and together with fellow Accounting and Treasury Managers and Accounting department staff, form the Controllership function. This position is responsible for the Company's accounting policies and procedures, compliance with US GAAP and preparation of US GAAP financial statements. Additionally, the position is responsible for the ownership and administration of the General Ledger master data, Finance and Accounting's systems and reporting efficiency.

    Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:

    Consolidation and preparation of Company's financial statements and lender reporting packages.

    Ownership of the Company's significant accounting policies and positions. Research and document the Company's technical accounting positions.

    Ownership of Chart of Account structure, General Ledger master data and system controls within Finance systems (including Sage and OneStream).

    Project manage and liaise external audit. Preparation of footnotes and stakeholder packages.

    Develop, test and maintain reporting tools, dimensions and routine reports used by the Accounting and Finance organization. Collaborate, launch and maintain Finance and Accounting's system tools, including Power BI and Robotics.

    Participate with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of reported results.

    Analysis and collaboration with Financial Services, FP&A and other functions in support of month-end close, forecasts and budgeting activities and provide financial statement analysis and insights for business owners.

    Provide guidance, training and leadership to direct reports and other associates.
