Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who excels at solving complex problems, thinks critically, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will drive the development of modern, cloud-native applications using .NET Core, Azure, microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL databases, and Angular. You will help to lead the overall technical direction of our full-stack development teams and manage a small team of software and quality engineers, ensuring high-quality software delivery with modern DevOps practices, including DORA metrics for performance optimization. This role is hands-on and actively contributes to coding while driving technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams responsible for full-stack development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and quality engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Firsthand software development with architecture and high-level design.
  • Providing technical direction and mentorship with direct reports.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering managers.
  • Design and develop scalable, cloud-native microservices using .NET Core in Azure.
  • Guide and contribute to Angular development for modern, responsive web applications.
  • Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
  • Utilize Azure Service Bus for messaging and distributed system communication.
  • Utilize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to deploy and orchestrate containerized applications.
  • Apply modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and observability.
  • Monitor and improve DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time to Recovery).
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Drive Agile methodologies and continuous delivery to enhance development efficiency.
