    Job Description

    Summary:

    The Director, FP&A, is responsible for the preparation and reporting of company-level financials, operational metrics and corporate strategy. This includes annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-term financial plans, and strategic initiatives. In addition, a successful candidate will routinely conduct analysis, provide financial insights, and prepare company presentations

    Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:
    • Business partnership to senior leaders, support key initiatives, provide progress tracking and report progress to stakeholders
    • Ownership of annual budgeting cycle and mid-year reforecasts, including preparation of company-wide guidance package, creation of standard templates to be utilized uniformly within the business, development and coordination of timetables, alignment with key resources, providing progress reporting, and present final results
    • Participation with long-term strategic sessions and planning and ownership of models
    • Engage with private equity team on company initiatives, results, analysis and trends.
    • Forecasting and reporting weekly operational and financial metrics and KPIs (weekly P&Ls)
    • Coordination and preparation of monthly business reviews, board and company-wide presentations
    • Analyze business trends and provide insightful data that is timely and actionable
    • Conduct market analysis, industry and market trends and competitive landscape
    • Participation with capital planning and cash flow tracking
    • Month-end close participation

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any business-related field of study
    • 9+ years of Finance, Financial Reporting or FP&A leadership experience
    • Demonstrated skills necessary for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial analysis, cost management, and process improvement
    • Successful project management experience across multiple initiatives and projects
    • Finance experience supporting corporate functions, business operations and senior leadership
    • Experience within a private equity owned company
    • Accounting or Finance related certifications (preferred)
    • Experience in logistics or service-related field (preferred)

    Intermodal Drayage Load Planner

    Summary:
    Intermodal Drayage Dispatchers ensure the efficient movement of drivers, coordinating them to various locations to keep our customers running without interruptions. They manage trailer moves, driver schedules, and collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Area Manager daily. Dispatchers also work with customers and other third parties to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service possible.

    Job Description:
    • Apply your knowledge of transportation logistics to daily operations.
    • Verify records on incoming shipments and log shipments into the computer system.
    • Prepare necessary documentation and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
    • Record shipment data and compare shipment contents to manifests, invoices, or order forms.
    • Report discrepancies to the accounting department.
