Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This junior to mid-level role is ideal for professionals eager to transform raw data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making and performance. The successful candidate will design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and BI applications"primarily using Power BI"while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. A strong grasp of data modeling, analytical thinking, and storytelling through data are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus and provides room for growth into advanced analytics initiatives.

Job Description
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support strategic business decisions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
  • Build and refine semantic data models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in reporting.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities across key business functions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, operational databases) into Power BI for unified reporting.
  • Assist in driving adoption of Microsoft Fabric and other emerging tools for scalable, enterprise-level analytics (as applicable).
  • Provide end-user support and training to increase data literacy and maximize self-service BI capabilities.
  • Stay current with evolving Power BI and analytics trends, recommending new approaches and tools to improve reporting effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the team's data governance efforts, including documentation and standards enforcement.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization role.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and dashboard/report development.
  • Strong data storytelling skills with an understanding of effective data visualization and UX principles.
  • Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming data from relational databases.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative-taker with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its suite of tools (e.g., Dataflows, Lakehouse, Notebooks).
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT methodologies.
  • Knowledge of dimensional modeling, medallion architecture, and semantic layer best practices.
  • Experience with complementary tools such as SSMS, Excel, or other BI platforms.
  • Domain experience in business functions such as finance, operations, or marketing is a plus.

Job Description

  • Process and monitor employee (driver and non driver) documentary requirements for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry.

  • Timely review and assess application qualification to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met for hiring, ex. Background and credential review
