    Summary
    The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting daily treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, banking transactions, and financial reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate cash positioning, ensuring timely execution of treasury transactions, and assisting in the management of corporate debt and liquidity strategies. The Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Tax, AP/AR, and Audit, and contributes to process improvement and compliance initiatives within a high-growth, dynamic environment.

    Job Description
    • Cash Management & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze daily cash positioning across all bank accounts. Assist in the development and maintenance of cash flow forecasts, identifying funding needs and variances. Perform variance analysis to explain changes in cash flow versus forecast. Execute daily banking transactions, including wires, ACH transfers, and check payments. Prepare and manage bank documents, signature cards, and user access requests.
    • Treasury Operations & Controls: Support the implementation and documentation of Treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. Create and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. Assist with debt management activities, including scheduling payments, monitoring interest, and responding to lender notices. Respond to and resolve banking-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Reporting & Support: Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards to support financial decision-making and liquidity planning. Provide treasury-related audit support, including documentation and reconciliations. Collaborate with internal teams to support treasury needs and resolve discrepancies. Serve as a backup to the Treasury Manager or Supervisor during absences, as needed.
    • Project Participation & Continuous Improvement: Participate in Treasury improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and scalability. Recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities where applicable. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in treasury and cash management.

    Qualifications and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field"or equivalent work experience.
    • 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or related financial functions.
    • Working knowledge of banking platforms (Wells Fargo Vantage experience is a plus).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; financial modeling skills are a bonus.
    • Experience in processing and executing treasury transactions (wires, ACH, checks) is required.
    • Familiarity with corporate debt administration is preferred.
    • Progress toward Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
    • Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is helpful but not required.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    The CMO Representative will serve as the primary point of contact in a call center environment, supporting site managers by coordinating vehicle maintenance and/or repair needs.     Procurement Director

    Summary:
    The Procurement Director is a senior leadership role that is responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy for the company. This individual will oversee the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of equipment, goods, and services across both direct and indirect categories.
