    Fleet Service Representative

    Summary
    The Fleet Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact in a call center environment, supporting site managers by coordinating vehicle maintenance and/or repair needs. This role involves efficiently entering service requests into the Fleet Management System (FMS), liaising with repair vendors, and ensuring timely service delivery to maintain fleet availability and reliability.

    Job Description:
    • Receive, coordinate, monitor and manage log maintenance and/or repairs with site managers and repair vendors within a geographic area.
    • Compare suggested repair times from other vendors within the FMS and OEM SRT.
    • Ensures accurate and complete data entry of requests entered in the FMS.
    • Confirm if repair and/or parts have remaining warranty.
    • Assign repairs to preferred vendors inside our network whom Lazer has a contractual agreement with.
    • Collaborate with repair vendors to schedule services, confirm work completion, and address any issues or delays.
    • Monitor and update service records in the FMS, ensuring all information is current and accurate for reporting and tracking purposes.
    • Investigate and resolve issues related to repair timelines, costs, and/or vendor performance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure all maintenance and repair activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
    • Generate reports on fleet performance, repair trends, and vendor efficiency to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Foster strong relationships with site managers, repair vendors and other key functions to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
    • Prioritize customer service excellence, adoption, and resilience to change and continuous improvement.
    • Other tasks that may be assigned.

This role is a leadership position at the company playing a crucial role in shaping Lazer Logistics' digital future. Your contributions pave the way for a more connected, efficient, and future-ready supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategy and Governance: Define the organization's IAM strategy, including policies, standards, and frameworks for RBAC and other access models. Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM practices with regulatory and organizational requirements. Establish governance for role creation, assignment, and maintenance.
    • Capability Development: Design and implement RBAC frameworks, ensuring alignment with business processes and provide a friction-less end user experience. Oversee the integration of IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint). Develop and manage role-based access policies, user provisioning workflows, and de-provisioning processes.
    • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders to understand access requirements and ensure roles align with business needs. Partner with security to ensure access control measures mitigate risks effectively. Coordinate with application owners to implement access controls across systems consistently.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor and audit access controls to ensure compliance and detect anomalies. Address IAM incidents and provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolution. Establish a periodic review process to maintain the accuracy of access roles.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on IAM trends and emerging threats to enhance organizational defenses. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IAM processes. Provide training and guidance to IT and business stakeholders on IAM practices.

    Finance Manager (supporting Human Resource)

    Job Summary:
    The Finance Manager (supporting Human Resource) is responsible for providing financial oversight, being an effective business partner by collaborating on initiatives, providing financial analysis and actionable data, while assisting with financial close and reporting for the Human Resource function.

    Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:
    *Must live in metro ATL area - this role is a HYBRID role*
    • Human Resource function performance tracking, analysis, and reporting of results, including metrics and expenditures vs budget, forecast and prior periods
    • Financial resource that builds and maintains models
    • Financial tracking, estimation and impact of compensation programs, benefits, bonus programs, initiatives, and impact of employee turnover
    • Scenario planning, financial analysis and providing insights that is timely and actionable
    • Routine reporting on headcount and turnover, as well as decisioning position requisitions in-line with company guidelines
    • Collaborate and prepare budgets & forecasts
