    Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and proactive Fleet Management System (FMS) Administrator to oversee the effective operation of our FMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing costs, maintaining vendor relationships, and delivering training to stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and efficient fleet management practices.

    Key Responsibilities:
    System Administration and Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and issues related to the FMS.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve FMS-related problems promptly to minimize disruptions.
    • Monitor FMS performance and collaborate with IT teams to implement updates and upgrades as needed.
    • User Access and Security:
    • Liaison with HR, Fleet and Ops to manage user accounts, permissions, and roles to ensure appropriate FMS access for employees.
    • Regularly audit FMS access to maintain security and compliance with organizational policies.
    Cost Management:
    • Track and analyze fleet-related costs using the FMS's reporting tools.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing FMS functionalities and operational workflows.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure budget alignment and accurate cost allocation.
    Vendor Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison with FMS vendors to address system issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure service-level agreements are met.
    • Stay informed about FMS updates, new features, and best practices by engaging with vendors and industry networks.
    Training and Communication:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for new users and ongoing education for existing users to maximize FMS utilization.
    • Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to support stakeholders.
    • Communicate FMS updates and policy changes effectively across the organization.
    Data Integrity and Reporting:
    • Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits and implementing data validation practices within the FMS.
    • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, usage, and compliance to inform decision-making.
    Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance FMS efficiency and user experience.
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to align fleet management strategies with organizational goals.

    Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    Experience: Minimum of 3 years in fleet management, system administration, or a related role. Significant experience in commercial truck fleet management software is preferred.

    Summary

    The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role plays a key part in onboarding, training program development, and continuous professional development efforts across the organization. The L&D Specialist will collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to assess learning needs, curate training content, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs to drive business success.

    Job Description
    • Serve as the primary contact for all learning and development inquiries, providing guidance and resources to employees and managers.
    • Design and implement structured learning journeys for operational roles, addressing skill gaps and career progression.
    • Manage and track mandatory training programs, including the Department of Transportation (DOT) Reasonable Suspicion Training for managers.
    • Research and recommend innovative learning strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Coordinate with internal trainers and external providers to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs within established timelines.
    • Develop and execute onboarding plans for new operations managers, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company culture and understand their responsibilities.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new managers with company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to managers, equipping them with the necessary tools for success in their roles.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes based on feedback and performance outcomes.
    • Function as the onboarding ambassador for new employees (Operations and Corporate), guiding them through key aspects of their role and setting up their Smartsheet as a mentee.
    • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for hires, promotions, demotions, and leavers to ensure a smooth transition into or from roles within the Lazer organization.
    • Utilize available digital tools/systems to generate, analyze, and distribute insightful reports on L&D metrics to track progress, celebrate achievements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Regularly communicate L&D requirements and progress with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and completion within set timelines.
    • Assist in arranging necessary logistics (e.g., venue, equipment) and prepare materials for facilitators, providing overall support for L&D events (e.g., monitoring chat boxes, initiating/monitoring polls, managing breakout rooms).
    • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulations and market trends to ensure compliance requirements and maintain a competitive presence/advantage.
    • Create insightful reports on learning initiatives using HR metrics, tracking progress and program effectiveness.
    • Develop and curate learning materials tailored to the needs of employees, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
    • Maintain accurate records of learning activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to enhance future learning experiences.
    • Support the broader L&D team by assisting in the execution of training events, initiatives, and strategic learning projects.
    • Regularly compile and distribute reports on training completion rates, highlighting overdue or upcoming courses to maintain compliance and engagement.

    Summary:

    The Financial Reporting Manager position reports to the VP, Corporate Controller and together with fellow Accounting and Treasury Managers and Accounting department staff, form the Controllership function. This position is responsible for the Company's accounting policies and procedures, compliance with US GAAP and preparation of US GAAP financial statements. Additionally, the position is responsible for the ownership and administration of the General Ledger master data, Finance and Accounting's systems and reporting efficiency.

    Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:

    Consolidation and preparation of Company's financial statements and lender reporting packages.

    Ownership of the Company's significant accounting policies and positions. Research and document the Company's technical accounting positions.

    Ownership of Chart of Account structure, General Ledger master data and system controls within Finance systems (including Sage and OneStream).

    Project manage and liaise external audit. Preparation of footnotes and stakeholder packages.

    Develop, test and maintain reporting tools, dimensions and routine reports used by the Accounting and Finance organization. Collaborate, launch and maintain Finance and Accounting's system tools, including Power BI and Robotics.

    Participate with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of reported results.

    Analysis and collaboration with Financial Services, FP&A and other functions in support of month-end close, forecasts and budgeting activities and provide financial statement analysis and insights for business owners.

    Provide guidance, training and leadership to direct reports and other associates.
