Summary
Lazer Logistics is searching for an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, sales enablement, and demand generation in the dynamic logistics industry. This individual contributor role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with expertise in cross-functional marketing programs, content development, and campaign performance analytics. Reporting to the of Marketing, this role partners closely with sales, operations, and external vendors to deliver cohesive, data-driven marketing experiences across all customer touchpoints"without direct reports.

Job Description:

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities, customer journey stages, and key verticals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks that support company positioning.
Sales Enablement & Content Development: Create and manage enablement materials such as product collateral, case studies, battle cards, fact sheets, and custom sales tools. Maintain content hubs on platforms like Showpad and ensure materials are current, on-brand, and aligned with business goals. Train frontline teams on optimal use of marketing assets and messaging.
Campaign Management: Plan, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and print) using HubSpot or similar tools. Execute lead generation programs that support pipeline development, align with ICP, and contribute to revenue growth. Coordinate event support, including promotion, logistics, scheduling, and lead follow-up.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, including web traffic, downloads, leads, MQLs, and ROI. Provide detailed and executive-level reporting to inform optimization decisions. Own daily management of HubSpot and contribute to continual improvements in marketing automation and CRM integration.
Brand Management & Market Awareness: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns. Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels. Stay informed on competitive trends, customer needs, and sustainability topics relevant to the logistics and transportation sectors.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers for creative, SEO, PR, and sponsorships. Identify and activate strategic marketing partnerships in logistics, transportation, and clean energy.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of full-time professional marketing experience, with proven success in integrated marketing or enablement roles.
Strong working knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, or WordPress.
5+ years supporting commercial sales or marketing organizations in a B2B setting; direct sales experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution and post-launch analysis.
Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, email, social, and content syndication.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on B2B messaging.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%).
Experience using tools such as Warmly.ai, ZoomInfo, and Showpad.
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
A portfolio showcasing past marketing campaigns, content, and sales tools.

Summary
The Learning & Development Assistant will work collaboratively with the Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, People Operations Team and other functions as necessary, to provide general administrative and support, be customer-focused and partner with different stakeholders and foster a positive, innovative and continuous learning environment. This role contributes to the overall achievement, success and delivery of the L&D goals and strategy.

Job Description

Provides timely, consistent, and efficient L&D administrative and support tasks including mailbox/communication channel(s) monitoring, filing, accurate data entry, account resets, document and query intake and processing.
Facilitates the onboarding and offboarding process for hires, promotions, demotions, leavers, etc., to ensure a smooth transition into (or from) roles and the Lazer organization.
Assists in maintaining the Operations Manager Support Sharepoint, L&D event calendar, and other L&D channels/tools/systems to provide accurate and updated resource materials for instruction, reference, and/or guidance.
Conduct attendance monitoring, pulse surveys (ie. idea tank, feedback, etc.) and maintain records of L&D activities to determine completion, effectiveness and improvement initiatives.
Utilize available digital tools/systems to generate, analyze and/or distribute insightful reports on L&D metrics to track progress, celebrate achievements and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in regularly communicating L&D requirements and/or progress with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and completion within set timelines.
Assist in arranging necessary logistics (ie. venue, equipment, etc.), preparing materials for facilitators and providing overall support to an L&D event (ie. monitoring chat boxes, initiating/monitoring polls, managing breakout rooms, etc.)
Maintain up to date basic awareness of industry regulations and market trends to ensure compliance requirements and competitive presence/advantage.
