    Summary:

    TheRecruiteris responsible for partnering with corporate management and operations management teams to develop and/or adapt effective recruiting strategies and support the organizational staffing objectives while delivering suitable job candidates for vacant positions. This role will require strong organizational skills, diligence, and communication skills.

    screen and inform candidates about the job and company to determine suitability.
    establish an applicant pipeline and is regularly updated for immediate access and/or review of hiring managers.
    brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
    manage effective communication with candidates.
    provide regular updates and feedback to managers.
    manage applicant tracking system and maintains accurate and current applicant data.
    keeps abreast of recruiting metrics (cost per hire etc.), relevant sourcing strategies and industry trends.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    1 year of recruiting experience required.
    Recruiting experience in a transportation and/or logistics company strongly preferred
    Knowledge/Experience of utilizing an applicant tracking system and/or Tenstreet is strongly preferred.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
    Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods
    Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Need to be diligent, optimistic, strong-willed and results oriented,
    Basic knowledge and understanding of DOT qualification requirements or in a similar highly regulated industry.
    Comfortable making decisions independently
    Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
    Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
    Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
    Must have stable and secure connection at home to be able to access required systems and contact potential applicants and complete reports.

    Procurement Director

    Summary:
    The Procurement Director is a senior leadership role that is responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy for the company. This individual will oversee the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of equipment, goods, and services across both direct and indirect categories.     The People Operations Supervisor is the main contact for the assigned VP of Operations, Regional Management Team and other corporate functions regarding federal, state and DOT compliance, core HR processes and audits in a rapid paced environment.
