    The Senior Data Engineer will be able to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models that power analytics and business intelligence across the organization. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing data architecture, integrating multiple data sources, and ensuring the reliability of data processing workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights through modern data engineering best practices. Additionally, this role will support business intelligence initiatives by ensuring that data is structured, accessible, and optimized for reporting and decision-making.


    Job Description:
    • Pipeline & Dataflow Development: Develop and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration.
    • Data Modeling: Design and manage dimensional data models (star/snowflake) within a medallion architecture to support business reporting and analytics.
    • Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Data teams and business analysts to translate data requirements into practical solutions. Coach users in the business on how to connect to, consume, and translate data.
    • Business Intelligence Enablement: Ensure data structures and models support business intelligence tools and reporting needs, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
    • Dataflows & Automation: Automate workflows and data integration processes using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Logic Apps, APIs, and other relevant tools.
    • Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance data pipeline performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
    • Cross-Functional Engagement: Work with teams across the business to ensure high-quality, consistent data is accessible throughout all systems.
    • Data Consolidation: Lead initiatives to centralize data from multiple systems into a single master dimensional model.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and management.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Scala, or Java for building data pipelines.
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric for data engineering tasks (DP-600 or 700 certification is a plus).
    • Experience designing and implementing dimensional data models using a medallion architecture.
    • Expertise in managing dataflows and pipelines with automation tools.
    • Proficiency in creating and consuming APIs for data integration.
    • Strong workflow and business process improvement skills, particularly in data migration and system integration.
    • Experience supporting business intelligence and analytics teams by optimizing data for reporting and visualization tools.
    • Experience working in cloud-based data environments, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
    • Familiarity with real-time and batch data processing frameworks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

    Procurement Director

    Summary:
    The Procurement Director is a senior leadership role that is responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy for the company. This individual will oversee the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of equipment, goods, and services across both direct and indirect categories. This position combines strategic planning, supplier relationship management, invoice reconciliations, negotiation, data analysis, and process optimization to drive value, efficiency, and compliance throughout the purchasing lifecycle. The Procurement Director collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals and project timelines.

    The Procurement function will negotiate and oversee contracts and agreements with the suppliers and vendors.     Summary:

    The Financial Reporting Manager position reports to the VP, Corporate Controller and together with fellow Accounting and Treasury Managers and Accounting department staff, form the Controllership function.     Ownership of the Company's significant accounting policies and positions. Research and document the Company's technical accounting positions.

    Ownership of Chart of Account structure, General Ledger master data and system controls within Finance systems (including Sage and OneStream).

    Project manage and liaise external audit. Preparation of footnotes and stakeholder packages.

    Develop, test and maintain reporting tools, dimensions and routine reports used by the Accounting and Finance organization. Collaborate, launch and maintain Finance and Accounting's system tools, including Power BI and Robotics.
