Summary
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist partners with the Senior Manager of Talent & Organizational Development to design and execute organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, improve team effectiveness, and support culture and engagement. This role is hands-on in implementing programs, facilitating sessions across the organization, and supporting job architecture initiatives.
Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and report talent and organizational metrics, including performance, succession, and engagement data.
- Support design and rollout of performance management and succession planning processes.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team interventions (e.g., change readiness, engagement sessions).
- Serve as the primary contact for managers on OD program questions and adoption.
- Partner with People Operations to identify development needs and align solutions.
- Coordinate leadership development initiatives and align learning pathways with Learning & Development teams.
- Develop and maintain communication materials for OD programs.
- Assist in the implementation of engagement surveys and follow-up action planning.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a change agent by supporting communication and adoption strategies.
- Support various succession planning, job architecture, and performance management initiatives.
