    Summary
    The Compensation Manager will lead the design and administration of our compensation philosophy and subsequent strategy with a focus on acquisition and retention of top talent. The role will combine internal and market intel to keep the people function and leadership abreast of trends. Based on the approved philosophy, this role will develop a benchmarking process to be used for annual and ad hoc reviews.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:
    • Design and manage base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs across all levels of the organization
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of the annual compensation review process. and update plan designs as necessary.
    • Proactively conduct external and internal market studies and evaluate competitiveness of the business.
    • Determine appropriate assumptions for compensation cost components of quarterly and annual budgets and reforecasts at site, regional, and consolidated levels.
    • Provide guidance and pay recommendations for employees at all levels.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert by monitoring market trends ensuring compensation programs are aligned and relevant to both the market and business conditions.
    • Support the People Operations team and payroll in developing and maintaining job structures and related job codes and pay structures where relevant for each functional area of the business
    • Support the sales team in determining appropriate assumptions for field compensation cost components as part of bid specifications.
    • Develop and conduct training on compensation fundamentals as relevant
    • Monitor regulatory changes to keep programs compliant and competitive.
    • Lead or support special projects (ex M&A integration, geographic expansion, or compensation technology implementation).

    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years in a compensation role supporting a reasonably complex organization.
    • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing compensation strategies / structures that drive measurable organizational and/or financial impact.

    Job Description:
    • Establish and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure accounts payable performance, implementing corrective actions to optimize processes.

    Regional Fleet Service Specialist

    Summary:
    The Region Fleet Services Administrator role has been introduced to provide pivotal operational-administrative support to Region Fleet Managers (RFMs). The aim is to alleviate RFMs from extensive administrative duties, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives such as site visits, vendor collaborations, customer engagement, asset audits, and driving substantial cost reductions. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating annual cost savings within the first year by enhancing PM quality, providing guidance to Site Managers, optimizing fleet operations at the site level, negotiating with local vendors, and improving parts cost management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:
    • Assume a substantial portion of the administrative tasks currently managed by RFMs.
    Tire Management:
    • Review and approve Bridgestone USA tire estimates on a daily basis.
    Repair Estimates:
    • Review and approve repair estimates received from Operations teams and fleet vendors.
    Data Analysis:
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to generate actionable data analysis supporting cost efficiency initiatives.
    Optimization:
    • Work cross-departmentally to assist in optimizing fleet operations at the site level.
    Fleet Performance:
    • Utilize telematics systems, fleet management software, and other technologies to monitor and optimize fleet performance.
    • Monitor severe fault codes using TripVision and communicate with the RFM's and Operations team to find quality and timely resolution.
    Rental Cost Management:
    • Support RFMs and Operations teams in minimizing rental costs within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
    Recalls and Campaigns:
    • Assist in managing product recalls and campaigns for the fleet, ensuring timely compliance and necessary actions are taken.
    • Purchase Order (PO) Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to the new purchase order process by site and operations managers within the AOR.

    The People Operations/ HR Administrator is responsible for processing employee data, status and documents in a fast-paced environment. This role will require a strong organizational, communication, data processing and basic understanding of Federal and State regulations, as well as company payroll policies and procedures.

    Job Description

    • Process and monitor employee (driver and non driver) documentary requirements for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry.

    • Monitor, review, research and respond to inquiries from employees across all levels via email or phone.

    • Process and review all HR related interfaces

    • Timely review and assess application qualification to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met for hiring, ex. Background and credential review

    Summary:
    The Senior Premier Solutions Analyst (PSA) is responsible for providing analytical expertise to the Commercial function to better support business development and decision making. The Premier Solutions Analyst will be customer-facing and responsible for managing critical/high revenue partnerships.

    Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:
