Summary
The People Operations/ HR Administrator is responsible for processing employee data, status and documents in a fast-paced environment. This role will require a strong organizational, communication, data processing and basic understanding of Federal and State regulations, as well as company payroll policies and procedures.
Job Description

Process and monitor employee (driver and non driver) documentary requirements for salaried and hourly employees, full-time and part-time; ensure the accuracy of data entry.

Monitor, review, research and respond to inquiries from employees across all levels via email or phone.

Process and review all HR related interfaces

Timely review and assess application qualification to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met for hiring, ex. Background and credential review

Maintain close relationships with area managers, operations managers, and general managers; assist them with HR related inquiries

Process new hires, employee changes, leaves of absence, and terminations according to federal and/or state law

Produce monitoring reports, and special ad hoc reports

Partner with other departments (i.e. Payroll, Legal, Operations) to maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and ensure high level of customer experience and satisfaction.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automating manual processes where possible.

Assist in monitoring operational statistics, reports trends, variance and issues and takes appropriate and timely action.
