    Job Description
    • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
    • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to predict short- and long-term funding requirements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating services and fees.
    • Oversee the opening, closing, and administration of global bank accounts, ensuring appropriate signatories and controls are in place.
    • Assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
    • Manage corporate debt facilities, ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    Job Summary
    The Director of Asset Optimization is responsible for organizing and executing a plan to optimize all Lazer assets as well as identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
    Primary Job Duties
    • Develop and execute a short and long-term asset optimization plan for Lazer assets, actively evaluating new business opportunities jointly with asset manager representatives.
    • Identify and lead development opportunities consistent with Lazer business objectives.
    • Build and maintain a network of customer, service provider and technical representatives to create an active business development environment.
    • Negotiate midstream service agreements and other supporting contracts with customers.
    • Monitor developments in the transportation industry and emerging opportunities that will impact Lazer Logistics business.
    • Build market awareness of Lazer Logistics capabilities through active participation in industry forums and conferences.
    • Work closely with Fleet, Safety, Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, Field Operations, Directors, Managers, and Counterparts.

    Summary:
    The Regional Manager provides the Regional Director critical support in achieving these objectives. The ideal candidate will have mid-level logistics leadership experience, with senior-level capability, possessing strong analytical and manager development skills.

    Job Description:
    • Supports Regional Director in the development of regional optimization strategies.
    • Supports Regional Director with ongoing performance metric analysis, target development, identifying and elevating priority opportunities.
