    Responsibilities:
    Basic Function - Assist in the day-to-day management of Allentown Area T Shuttle operation ensuring that operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

    Ideal Candidate Requirements:
    • Prior LTL/ Shuttle management experience is strongly preferred.
    • Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees.
    • Deliver exceptional results to our clients.
    • High aptitude for technology.
    • The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented.
    • Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain staff.

    • Monitor production, ensuring Key Performance Indicator goals and contractual obligations are met and/or exceeded.
